Industry Description and Practices
Hikae is a New Jersey based Aluminium Production facility. The facility is a located in 3 Acer of land and 35000 SFT Build up area . Hikae uses various aluminium from different sources such as engine blocks, transmissions, aluminium wheels and various other aluminium scrap. The aluminium processing involves Heating the scrap to a certain temperature in a furnace at 1450 degree temperature. The aluminium is melted and collected in a liquid form in a SOW. The red-hot steel is racked out along with the Dross
Hikae currently utilizes Sweat furnace that can produce 30000 Pounds of Sow per day Inspection of scrap is a very crucial part of maintaining a high standard at Hikae, we have all the scrap scanned for irregularities, and inspected by our team for unwanted contaminants and also weighed. The material is then processed through our furnaces and casted into SOWs and ingots. The end product is then shipped out the same day we have the capacity to produce 120000 to 150000 pounds of sow per week. We also can ship out 120 Tons of steel every week. The dowse is sold every month one container each
