The New Jersey based Aluminium production facility is located on a 3 Acre of land and 35,000 SFT build up area

Hikae currently utilizes Sweat furnace that can produce 30,000 Pounds of Sow per day Inspection of scrap is a very crucial part of maintaining a high standard at Hikae, we have all the scrap scanned for irregularities, and inspected by our team for unwanted contaminants and also weighed.
The material is then processed through our furnaces and casted into SOWs and ingots. The end product is then shipped out the same day we have the capacity to produce 120,000 to 150,000 pounds of sow per week.
